Zunyi Mutton Rice Noodles (Simplified Chinese: 遵义羊肉粉; Traditional Chinese: 遵義羊肉粉; Pinyin: Zūnyì yángròu fěn) are rice noodles in a clear or lightly spicy mutton broth with sliced lamb—a Famous dish of Guizhou Food tied to the city of Zunyi.
