Ciba (Simplified/Traditional Chinese: 糍粑; Pinyin: Cíbā) is a snack of steamed glutinous rice pounded into a sticky cake, then sliced, grilled, fried, or coated with brown sugar and soybean flour. It is listed on the Chinese Rice Snack hub alongside other sticky-rice foods.
