Mango Pudding (Simplified Chinese: 芒果布丁; Traditional Chinese: 芒果布丁; Pinyin: Mángguǒ bùdīng) is a chilled mango-flavored gelatin or dairy pudding popular in Hong Kong cafés, Dim Sum dessert trays, and Cantonese banquet endings.[1]
Characteristics
Bright yellow, cool and softly set; often topped with evaporated milk or fresh mango cubes. Sweetness is dessert-forward.
