Pork Chop Bun (Simplified Chinese: 猪扒包; Traditional Chinese: 豬扒包; Pinyin: Zhū pá bāo) is a Macanese street sandwich: a thin fried pork chop tucked into a lightly crisp bun, sometimes with mustard or chili—portable comfort food of Macau Food.[1]
