Yuenyeung (Simplified Chinese: 鸳鸯; Traditional Chinese: 鴛鴦; Pinyin: Yuānyāng) is a Hong Kong café drink that blends coffee with Hong Kong Milk Tea, served hot or iced in cha chaan teng culture and discussed with other beverages on Chinese Drink.[1]
Characteristics
Taste sits between coffee bitterness and silky milk-tea maltiness; ratios vary by shop. Named after mandarin ducks as a paired metaphor.
