Ma'anshan food (马鞍山美食) is represented in local tourism listings by dishes associated with its counties and districts. A 2021 city tourism directory lists local dishes and snacks by locality, including Caishiji tea-dried tofu, Hanshan sealed fish, Dangtu pork noodles and Hori lamb cake.[1] A province-wide specialty-food selection also records Ma'anshan items such as Yuncao breakfast foods and Xuejin wontons.[2]
