Coca Cola Chicken Wings

Introduction

History

Coca-Cola chicken wings have a history abroad with a dish called coca-chicken, which is made with Coca-Cola and tomato sauce as side ingredients and chicken meat (such as chicken wings, breast meat, and leg meat) as the main ingredient. After this cooking method was introduced to China, people in Taiwan modified it by using soy sauce instead.
